EmnexMovies("we," "our," or "the Service") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

2.1 We do not host, upload, or store any video files, images, or multimedia content on our servers.

2.2 We provide indexed links and metadata pointing to content available on third-party platforms and services.

2.3 All content streaming, downloading, or playback occurs directly from external sources beyond our control.

2.4 Upon receipt of valid DMCA notices, we will promptly remove the indexed links to allegedly infringing material.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content linked on EmnexMovies infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following in writing:

3.1 A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3.2 Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3.3 Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where it is located.

3.4 Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.

3.5 A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3.6 A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We commit to reviewing and responding to properly submitted DMCA notices within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours of receipt. Upon verification of a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the indexed links pointing to the allegedly infringing material.

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent in accordance with Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
